• FastenerFlow reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock availability or pricing errors.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• A refundable security deposit may be placed on your credit card for high-value orders.
• Any unpaid fees, including additional shipping costs or restocking fees, may be charged to your payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made before shipment may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations after shipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
• No-shows or failure to accept delivery may result in additional fees.

5. Liability & Damage Policy

• Any claims of missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• FastenerFlow is not liable for improper use or installation of products.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• A restocking fee may apply to returned items.

• Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Any delays due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping carrier delays are beyond our control, but we will assist customers in resolving issues.
